Server transition bugged out

Two or three days already none of my toons can transit to different server.

"Portaling XX...."
"Itfailed you may move again"

Today, after crash, all my toons are constantly portalling. They stop every second minute with portalling messages popping up in mech box window. Over and over.

Try this. Often changing the client port will fix this.
