Yuan-ti population spread

The yuan-ti spawns from inside the Ancient Mound in the swamps/jungles seem to spread to Southern Peninsula (Jungles) Ruins before they spread to Lowland Swamps (Mound Site), despite the ruins being farther from their main population area than the Mound Site is.
