candidates missing in bendir election

so i was going to vote in the leadership dispute but Winterfoot says that there are two candidates but there is only one option available.

This is a known bug with the zdlg not always refreshing it's data properly. We still haven't got a proper solution for it, but at least added the number of candidates, so people are aware someone is missing and can refresh the dialog until all candidates show up.
