The shop (10k ownership) in the northern outskirts is bugged.. not even 24 hours of ownership I have lost all my wares and the shop itself. Please look into the matter. thank you

Can confirm this happened to me on Jubilee as well.
Also worth noting the lease sign does say you have 7 IRL days to refresh, though it timesout just like a temporary shop.

Are you sure it isn't a Temporary shop with a 1 hour timeout, and the bug is the 10k price? That's what I've assumed when I see it. It is always up for sale.

It use to be a temp shop I believe, but now costs 10k and it does say 7 days. Can we just blame Peppermint for this?

I didn't touch the pricetag, but made it a regular shop with the same timeout as other shops in that area. If Irongron intended it to be a temp shop, he might change it when he gets back.
