Sneak Attack Issue

On my rogue I've noticed that after the sneak/crit immunity unpairing update I am not getting sneak attack at seemingly random intervals when I should be. Present build is 10 rogue/4 Fighter.

It seems if I do not start out the fight with the creature flat footed, sneak attack does not trigger. If the creature goes flatfoot, sneak attack triggers and continues throughout the fight against that creature until it seems to remove itself from the flatfoot condition. Went with another PC and had them -guard my rogue. Did not get sneak attack, even when NPCs were actively attacking the other character. Had them remove the -guard condition and attempted to attack when flanking an enemy, and still did not get sneak attack. Used Knockdown on an enemy, sneak attack seemed to function normally when they were knocked down.

It seems presently that only flatfooted creatures can be sneak attacked. Those in active combat without a flatfoot condition seem immune to sneak attack, however there is no message in the combat log which specifically states "Immune to Sneak Attack". The sneak attack extra damage, and the "sneak attack" condition during the attack action is not present.

Thus far, I have tried to fight:
Kuo-Toa
Driders
Ogrillions
Grimlocks
Deep Giants
Various UD Animals

The sneak attack issue persists across all these creatures.

TL;DR
If a creature is not flatfoot after the most recent sneak attack/crit immunity update, sneak attack does not seem to work.

I noticed this on C&P when I was playing today. Sneak attacks wouldn't work when flanking, only when the target was flat footed.

NPC sneaks (Duergar Rogues) were only getting sneak attacks on my WM guard when they flatfooted him from stealth.

Didn't notice anything wrong on Surface.

Same for me, sneak attacks are not triggering when flanking.

I did some testing after the rollback, I am experiencing the same issue.

I thoroughly tested a variety of situations, and sneak damage from flanking is missing.

Nah. The change was reverted presently, due to the issue.
