His underlings are named Morghunn's Soldier and Morghunn's Blackguard.

Clarissa in the Heartwood Grove: To get to the trade/merchant menu, you HAVE to go through the "WHO ARE YOU" conversation branch of her convo-tree.

Maybe the "Can we trade" option be lifted one level/branch to the conversation root?

It's maybe something to put in a thread in the feedback forum. There ate a lot of things like this throughout the module, and it might be good to make a list of them.

"The dwarf hold up in the mountains? You can sail there?" is another example.

The prismatic mirror in the captain's quarter of the Troubadour is an 'old' version that doesn't have the option to choose outfit/helm/cloak/all three, it just always does all three.

Cities and planes, death area, likely both servers though.

Map node says "Wall of the Faithful" not "Wall of the Faithless." IG lore nearby says the correct "Faithless."

Signs near the transition area still say you cannot be raised if you pass through them and no DM will help you if you do. That's untrue and ought to be fixed.

Exiting north from Falls of Ascension takes you to the Minmir Woods, where you're placed at the north end of the area facing south. Geographically it's a bit odd that you'd walk north to exit from an area only to walk south to continue onward.

Entering the red knight temple from cordor and you face the door, so if you're a WASD-mover you just instantly hit W to go forward and exit.

Do you have GSF: Conjuration? I wonder if its just calling the Summon Creature I script, which would be a badger for an unfocused summoner, but a boar for one with GSF.

Probably picked the wrong resref there as I was probably copying the one from the Summon 1 Spell.

Fix 1: Change text to Boar, or Fix 2: Change the summon to Badger.

In Burrowhome the Earthkin guard assaulted my wild horse when I dismounted from it. Left it alone when I used my animal empathy on the horse but then the guard ran and killed another horse nearby.

Description on Instrument of the Winds claims that it summons a large air elemental. It actually summons a small air elemental.

The displacer beast cloak in its description that it can be used to grant the wearer a supernatural concealment, but the item is not tagged as Mundane.
