After I disabled the "enchanted" graphics I have had minimal crashes or lag. I expect that as the game is patched more beamdog will be able to bring the player side experience to something resembling pre EE nwn in functionality.

Humans with ultravision from a wand/potion/spell have superior vision in darkness compared to drow in the UD. Not sure why this is a problem.

However oppressed slavery should be IG, I dont think that ooc being a slave should be frustrating/unfun/boring. Having more things for slaves to do is a good thing, and it makes perfect IC sense for slave owners to have their slaves do work on their behalf.

9 times out of 10 the dispel spam does not increase difficulty in any meaningful way. What it effects is how fun the area is to travel to.

UMD grants you access to lvl 9 spells. So if you want that, take levels in rogue or bard. And snag some tumble while you are at it.

It would be very nice to learn what weapons are likely to end up being restricted while mounted so players who want to fight mounted dont end up wasting dozens of hours of fairly boring leveling a character that will ultimatly end up not able to do so with their chosen weapon. You also need to take into consideration how magic, and spells or abilities play into it. Its why focusing too much on realism is silly and pointless. Fun and thematic over less fun and realistic imo.
Also, some of the scimitar models look more like messers or falchions then cavalry sabers.

I was sad to see it go myself, but I recognise that balance wise paladins especially post power boost not being able to summon a mount on the fly is a nessecary change.

I just tested IG, and I was still able to summon and mount the special paladin warhorse with my paladin. Is this an intended but undocumented part of the recent mount update or is it a bug and is functioning in an unintended manner, and I should avoid using the mount until its fixed? I dont have the...

I would love to see mounted combat result in previously subpar weapons becoming better. Like Longsword getting bonuses when being used on horseback, and something like a spear or halberd getting bonuses vs a pc on a horse.
