The model is so awesome, and kenku are 100% setting appropriate. PC kenku would be awesome

Re: Spellbook Wishlists - What Would be Fun?
Mass restorations, going all the way from lesser to greater restoration. Greater & mass zoo spells. A haste-analog that doesn't provide the mechanical benefits (APR, AC, etc), but grants an increased move speed and lasts longer (maybe 3 rounds/level or something).

Re: VFX Spam
Please do not spam VFX heavy spells in new areas or heavily traveled areas. Cordor and Guldorand are very difficult to load for some people, and when every single fixture, shop sign, and horse are covered in protection from elements and an array of other effects, it makes it very difficult to load ...

Re: Feedback on the Commoner Class
But it seems like the class should be "merchant" or "artisan" or something along those lines instead as it's almost entirely about being a tradesperson which is typically a cut above commoner in a medieval society and a class unto themselves. I bring that up because I'd really like to see actual "c...

Re: HIPS (SM & SD)
I agree that this disrupts the balance for a number of classes, and for anyone who has been playing SM or who built around this feature, I feel bad. This chance isn't about balance or theme, but about removing an ability which does something it was clearly not meant to do. In the short term, this is...

Re: A Rant From a Returning Player
"The epic-roll reward system is flawed" is a take as old as the forums. No one will disagree with you that, indeed, the current reward system most benefits players who have the time to run circles around the most optimal XP farm spots on the server for weeks on end until they (maybe?) one day get th...

Re: Branch Topic: Scrying
imo scryers already have it really tough. You have to invest 3 feats (one epic) in a sub-optimal tree in order to scry for 2 minutes out of every 10, until you either run out of rest or piety/components. This math is already pretty shitty. If a meeting takes 1 hour, then at most they are able to scr...

Re: I invented drow chess and made it Arelith-compatible
Two versions of Sava...which will win!? The board and rules that we are using is based off of https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=1BgkLwn66qN0oej3QEnjjcF-4LunZpjKTA62uQlETTBw Who wrote this doc? IDK, its pretty old... I would guess 2008-ish? Post-WotSQ, at least. There's a few rule sets online,...

Re: I invented drow chess and made it Arelith-compatible
Hey! So my house in the UD is currently working on making this a reality. Nothing is out IC yet because we're still playtesting, but we're hoping to hold a tournament and maybe get enough dev attention to convince them to make a scripted board. The board and rules that we are using is based off of h...

Re: Surface evil PvP Observations
As has been mentioned before, be secretive. Don't flaunt your powers openly. On many occasions have I joined a party under a pretence of being a healer or a commoner just to avoid having to use my eldritch blast or even a summon. Warlocks being as powerful as they are, I think the risk of being spo...

Re: Tips on recruiting for a faction
There's definitely a few things that go into a good faction: -- Longevity/name building. Building a faction can often take quite a while, so if you expect to go from nothing to a full fledged faction in a few weeks, you'll be quite disappointed. Get your name out there, get involved with other facti...

"under the hood" updates kudos
I know it isn't as glamorous or probably as fun as working on content updates, but I would like to say that the servers have felt really smooth the last few weeks and I really appreciate all the work that has been going into improving server performance. Thank you dev team!

I've set up autoclickers before to do most of the button pressing and clicking for me, while I read or surf my phone and slowly watch my bank account count down to zero. I am 100% in favor of something like this.

Re: On the Subject of Assassins
Personally, I think its necessary for the assassin's guild to be disconnected from the PvP meta for it to have any place on the server. The moment the assassin class become competitive in the meta is the moment the sever is swarming with assassins being given blank checks to PvP anyone they want to,...

Is it possible to rebind quickkeys to something other than the function keys?
I would love to be able to rebind some of my extremely frequently used quick keys, such as my toggle-walk and associate tool, to the side buttons on my mouse. However, I can't seem to find anywhere in the game files where it specifically denotes which quick keys correlate to which function key (or c...

Re: RIP Gnolls :c
Let me honestly TL;DR this for you. It has nothing to do with a particular race's roleplay, presentation of the race, etc. This creature model had two models, and it's being moved to a reward to make way for another monster race. That's it. No need to read further into this. That's fair. I'm just s...

Re: RIP Gnolls :c
Almost every gnoll I saw had in their description "has an intelligent gleam in the eyes" or something denoting their intellect. I think I saw one gnoll that was savage and primal. The rest were pretty much smart dog people. As a counterpoint to this, forgotten realm lore does not paint gnolls are s...

Re: RIP Gnolls :c
Sad to see them go, but may we ask what kind of race it is to be added? Is it by any chance hobgoblin that will become a standard race? :) I honestly really hope not. Their player model is ugly AF, and we already have a goblinoid race. IG also made it sould like they're working on models for it, so...

Re: RIP Gnolls :c
Another UD race is scheduled to replace gnolls at the standard tier, we are just waiting on completion of the associated modelling work. That's nice to know, at least. There's always an argument for removing races whenever you add new races, just to keep the community from getting too diverse and t...
