Unless someone has noted it before, the size increase to AoE healing spells for the healer path does not scale the vfx or AoE indicator.

The 24 hour rule forbids all interaction after pvp death, that includes roleplay between affected parties.

Note that the rule heavily discourages the problematic behaviour you mention.

It's generally a ban able offense on most servers. And wholly unreasonable to police, not to mention completely counterable. Tumble and proactively running and engaging yourself makes this redundant. Transition camping is basically PvP in bad form. Anything to prevent transition camping will have some (albeit hopefully minor) effects on PvP.
Transition camping is definitely bad form.

But so is transitioning to full heal with full immunity. Repeatedly.
