Can you post more details? The feature is live as I have tested it in the live servers myself and I know for a fact it's working, though it may need some tweaks to make it more reliable in the live environment.

There will be a fix to the saving and overwriting of outfits for the next reset, as for other points: Backpacks are saved as part of an outfit for newly saved outfits. If it's the messages not appearing then yes, that bug will fixed on the live servers soon. Like I said above you can pick up and drop the fixture as a workaround for the time being. If it's messages showing up but after a long delay, then that may be lag or a separate bug.

The bug that prevents the messages coming up under certain conditions will be fixed soon. In the meantime, a workaround for non-static message boards to make messages readable again is to pick up the fixture and drop it in the ground again.
