Isn’t the problem then that your character makes use of that mechanical knowledge you have? If the mechanical knowledge is influencing your characters decision making just to get an advantage in a situation where you’re opposing other players, isn’t that metagaming?

I think the entire term of someone else should be considered your run-up period. Campaign IC whilst you're waiting for elections to come up. That's really when an effective leader is going to be making alliances and planning, and ultimately that's how you're going to win over the numbers long term. ...

Level 23, pool is about 1-2k at the moment. I usually do keep -adventure turned on from the very start and only switch it off about level 28 or 29 sometime. I'm probably online too much so the pool is never very large when I'm playing a character. I can see the pools jumping up a fair bit for people...

Where's the most up to date information on Harbinger? It seems like most of the documents are off, tool tips in game are wrong.

Step 3: -25% height.

Ta da, dynamic fey models! We have some in the module already.

This could probably even be achieved manually with simple DM tools by changing appearance, adding wings, and altering height with commands.
